GETTING HERE
A straightforward drive to the mountain
1. I-15 to Exit 200 about 8 miles north of Helena (works from Helena to the north or Great Falls to the south).
2. West on Lincoln Road (MT 279) for 9 miles.
3. Left onto Marysville Road at the large Great Divide sign.
4. About 6 miles to the town of Marysville, then 1.5 miles past town where the road ends at our parking lot.

WINTER DRIVING
Plan ahead for the drive
Road maintenance: Lewis & Clark County and the State of Montana plow Highway 279 and Marysville Road to our lot; plowing may be delayed during significant storms.
Early morning arrivals: may encounter the plow; be prepared for winter conditions.
Winter driving tips: Carry tire chains - Montana law; check road conditions at 511mt.net or call 511; keep an emergency kit with blanket, water, flashlight; full gas tank recommended.
PARKING
A few things to know when you arrive
One-way lots - follow signs and posted directions.
Four tiers of main-level parking plus an overflow lot; holidays and powder weekends can fill up so carpooling is encouraged.
Park close to neighboring vehicles and pull fully into the space.
Overnight parking requires calling ahead for management approval.
