As a Kitchen Crew Member, you’ll play an essential role in creating a great experience for our guests. This is a hands-on position where you’ll rotate through various roles in the kitchen and lodge, keeping every day exciting and different.
Key Responsibilities:
Grill & Fryer: Cook and prepare a variety of menu items such as burgers, fries, sandwiches, and more.
Taking Orders & Cashiering: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, take food and beverage orders, and handle payment transactions efficiently.
Lodge Cleaning: Ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment by cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining the kitchen and lodge areas.
Food Preparation: Assist with basic food prep tasks like slicing, portioning, and assembling menu items.
Team Support: Pitch in wherever needed, whether it’s cooking, cashiering, or keeping the lodge tidy during busy times.

Adaptability: You’re flexible and comfortable switching between tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
No Experience? No Problem! We’ll provide training for all kitchen positions.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Comfortable lifting and moving up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during busy times.
